• Developed and implemented curriculum review cycle resulting in organized and manageable targets for updated each discipline
• Undertook a complete overhaul of elementary school spaces, working with Fielding Nair Architects. A deep dive into the effects on pedagogy was undertaken which shifted teacher’s thinking.
• Worked closely with the HS to foster cross school links which strengthened the school community culture.
• Established robust school wide assessment practices to improve standards, consistency and personalization.
