  • Senior administrator on outdoor learning spaces in Early Years partnering with Greenspace Beijing
  • Steered primary school through one year online learning through the COVID 19 crisis, amplifying the importance of considering the learning space as students transitioned from online, to hybrid, to fully reintegrating back on campus.

  • Senior administrator on school building project partnering with Fielding Nair Architects
  • Conducted deep Analysis on the effect of learning spaces on pedagogy, which shifted teacher’s practice.
  • Designed and facilitated PD for faculty school wide to better equip  teachers with the concept of personalized learning, which also fed into new learning spaces conversations.

  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation, supervision and evaluation of  the International Baccalaureate curriculum across 30 classes from Early Childhood to Grade 5.  
  • Oversaw the change to play based learning in the early childhood, resulting in changes to how learning spaces were utilized.
  • Was instrumental in the creation of an Intercultural awareness committee which  helped to bring a deeper understanding of this topic to the whole school staff.
